We are looking for Receptionist

Main responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls
• Meeting guests and suppliers
• Work with financial documents
• Work with incoming and outgoing mail
• Meeting rooms arrangement
• Other general administrative and clerical support provision

Requirements to a candidate:

• Higher education
• Work experience is an advantage
• Foreign languages: English – upper intermediate and higher
• Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good organizational and time management skills (ability to set priorities), communicative, helpful, team-oriented, polite manner
